We were asked to arrange the first post-lockdown gathering for a London based team of a San Francisco tech company. After many months of remote working, we organised a 3 day/ 2 nights programme to facilitate an in-person meet-up, with senior colleagues from the USA joining as well.  

The brief was to curate a variety of outdoor activities combining countryside pursuits with relaxation and entertainment. 

Bath was an ideal location for the group, offering easy access from London, a vibrant city centre, unique spa experiences and magnificent countryside all within reach.  

We were able to arrange a private morning session at Thermae Bath Spa, Britain's only naturally warm thermal spa. The group relaxed in the open-air Rooftop Pool, with its stunning views over the city of Bath and the surrounding hills, and enjoyed pampering body and soul in the Wellness Suite and Minerva Bath.

A Restaurant Take-Over was organised for the final night in one of Bath's iconic eateries with a selection of dishes created from local and seasonal specialities.
