A 4-day Event in Bath for Senior Directors of a Global Membership Association

Brief from the Client :

To create a programme for senior directors of International Financial Services Businesses

Bath was selected for a partner programme because of its connectivity to London and its UNESCO history.

To include group dining experiences with amazing food, group activities in Bath and a variety of optional experiences.

Bar in Roman Baths

Highlight was a dinner which we arranged on the terrace of the Roman Baths, brimming with atmosphere, history and elegance. A specially arranged menu was created for the directors' final night celebrations.

Roman Bath Gathering

Accommodation (4- 5* quality) conveniently located for guests arriving by train and easily accessibility for those arriving via London Heathrow and Bristol Airport.

Terrace and Reception Hall Dinner at Roman Baths with specially arranged menu, catered by Searcy's
Hotel accommodation in Bath at the Francis Hotel
Visit to local pubs & group meals at upmarket eateries - The Marlborough Tavern and Clayton's Kitchen
Option for members to choose activities on selected days and group activities arranged.

Activities included:

o Group Wine Tasting session at The Beckford Bottle Shop and Tasting rooms

o Guided visit to the Roman Baths

o Guided tour of No 1 Royal Crescent

o Option to enjoy an Escape Room Experience

o Option to enjoy 'Walking in Jane Austen’s Footsteps, guided tour with author and Jane Austen expert

o Interactive, light-hearted ‘Laugh at Bath’ guided tour of the city with a comedic twist
