This was my first solo holiday with a tour and I was a little apprehensive as I am quite a loner and like my own company but I need not have worried. Our group was small and easy to get along with and when it came to free time we all went off and did our own thing, bumping into each other at some venues and swapping stories at breakfast. Those that wanted to stay together did but quite a few of us went off on our own to explore. I loved the freedom but was grateful for a familiar face too. Perfect!

I have just checked my bank account and found the refund for the cancelled Norway trip. Thank you! It just underlines why I travel with you. Although Heathrow had a disaster, we did not. Joseph was at the terminal and able to guide us to go home and as soon as we got home ECT had looked at alternative transport in an attempt to save the trip but came to the conclusion that it was not possible to get us there in time so a refund was offered. Thank you for making it so easy and although we were quite upset to miss the trip (especially as Norway had northern lights all week!), we did not have the drama and upset that other travellers suffered. We are now looking forward to Nantes in April.

Such a wonderful few days. Organisation  was excellent. 
Hotel  was sparkling clean, friendly, caring hosts - 20 out of 10!
We have never seen such a choice of breakfast  items. Tour Manager is a credit to your company.   He went over and beyond. A lovely man who could also play the accordion!. Horse and carriage ride was amazing and the Austrian scenery was breathtaking. Will definitely  book again with your exceptional company  and recommend  to others

There were many highlights. Alden Biesen was wonderful, the fireworks over the water in Hasselt spectacular and having chips in an old pub in Ghent unforgettable.  The trip was truly memorable, I shall definitely do this again and recommend you to others.

Our personal highlight was visiting the tomb of our Patron Saint Matthias in Trier. As usual another superb tour organised by ECT.

Doing the workshop with Astrid was the highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed it. We got to keep what we made and the excursions were enjoyable. This was my first time travelling with ECT and it was a very good and enjoyable trip. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable.
